After earning his degree from Michigan State University Adam honed his craft in top kitchens, earning accolades such as Executive Chef of the Year and Restaurant of the Year along the way.

Known for his passion, leadership, and approachable style, Adam has built a reputation not only for exceptional cuisine but for developing strong, talented teams. His work played a pivotal role in shaping Next Level Brands most notably through the culinary programs at Boulon Brasserie and Union New American. Both are concepts that reflect his elevated yet approachable cooking style.

Now, Adam is turning the page to an exciting new chapter. With a focus on refined dining, bold flavors and unforgettable guest experiences, Adam is set to infuse new energy into South Howard Avenue.
